If you're looking for a cheaper Xiaomi Laser Cinema 2, you've hit the right place! The price for this excellent projector has gone down recently but by using my link, you can make it go even lower! The following screenshot shows that you can get it for less than 2000€ (around 2100$).

Hello everyone, I just bought Cinema 2, and right now I would like to know if I should buy a Firestick or what I need to buy to make it work well. I am connected to Orange fiber, and for the moment I have my Mac connected via HDMI, as I can't access Netflix. Thank you very much for your advice, Emma.

Hello Emma, The Fire TV Stick will be enough, it's undoubtedly the cheapest solution to get Android TV and Netflix. Be sure to get the 4k version compatible with Dolby Vision: https://amzn.to/3G3hG7S

Hello, I have been following your tests on everything related to video projection for a few months now. I would like to know what your current choice is for ultra-short throw? Is an ALR screen really an asset? Do you sell the items you test? Thank you in advance for your response. Have a good weekend in advance.

Hello David, I will respond to you with another question :) What is your budget? If I set aside the budget question, the Xiaomi Laser Cinema 2 remains the best projector I have tested. There is undoubtedly the Fengmi Theater that might perform better, but it costs even more. If we lower the budget a notch, the Optoma Cinemax D2 or the Wemax Nova are good alternatives; the Wemax has a very good contrast level but it hums a bit more than the other projectors. An ALR screen is an asset but not necessarily a necessity; it all depends on your expectations. I would say it's better to have a screen (no matter which one) because with a bottom projection, the slightest irregularity in the wall will create distortions in the image. The advantage of ALR is that it will reflect a maximum amount of light towards you rather than dispersing the light towards the periphery; some of these screens will also enhance the feeling of contrast. With my white screen, I have light reflections on the ceiling. Again, this is a budget question because a good ALR screen will easily cost a few hundred euros in addition to your projector. If you want to use your projector in a lit room, an ALR screen will also help reduce the impact of light and get closer to the experience of using a TV (with a good ALR screen). Yes, I generally resell the products I test, but the availability of products depends on what will still come in. I have 2 projectors awaiting delivery, and depending on the results of my test, I will either resell these 2 projectors or resell one of the projectors I already have. I plan to resell the XGIMI Elfin and the Mogo 2 Pro within a month, I think.
A question? A remark? Feel like shouting? (not too loud)
